Join our collaborator network

Great work,
project by project.

Getting There Productions is building a pre-approved network of freelance collaborators for live shows, events, brand experiences, and launches. Introduce yourself once, and we'll take it from there.

1

Introduce yourself

Two minutes: your work, your rate, and (if you're up for it) a 30-second video.

2

Interview

If there's a potential fit, we'll reach out to schedule a conversation.

3

Get the call

Once you're approved, we'll reach out when a project fits your skills, dates, and rate.

Who we call

Production

  • Producers and Associate Producers: vendors, budgets, and logistics, pre-production through show day
  • On-site Event Leads: you run the day, and stay calm when something goes sideways
  • Event Staff: setup, floor, guest experience, and breakdown

Creative

  • Creative Leads: creative direction, show and experience design
  • Creative Specialists: design, photo and video, AV, lighting, and the craft that makes a room feel finished

Marketing and Communications

  • PR and Communications: press, talent, and launch comms
  • Social Media and Content: strategy, creation, and community
  • Marketing and Partnerships: sponsorships and brand partnerships

Introduce yourself.

If there's a potential fit, we'll be in touch to schedule an interview.

What should we call you for? (pick as many as you like)

PDF or Word, up to 8MB. Working in Google Docs? File → Download → PDF.

Show us more (optional, and it helps)

Especially if you're a photographer, videographer, or designer.

Whatever you usually quote, hourly or by the day. This helps us match projects. It isn't an offer or a guarantee.

Open to travel?
Our next project is Tuesday, November 17, 2026, in NYC. Are you available?

Want to stand out? Send us 30 seconds.

“Tell us about a time something went sideways on a job, and what you did next.”

Just record it on your phone. No script, no editing, no pressure. Then share it however is easiest: a Google Drive, Dropbox, or iCloud link, an unlisted YouTube video, or an Instagram reel. Make sure anyone with the link can view it.

The fine print

  • Independent contractors. Collaborators work with Getting There Productions as independent contractors (1099), not employees.
  • No guarantee. Submitting this form doesn't guarantee an interview, approval, or work. If there's a potential fit, we'll reach out.
  • Rates. The rate you share helps us match projects. It's not an offer. Compensation and terms are agreed in writing for each project.
  • Equal opportunity. We welcome collaborators of every background and don't discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, or any other protected status.
  • Your information. We use what you share only to consider you for projects and contact you about them. We never sell it. Want it removed? Tell us through the contact form on our homepage.
